Great post. One should try and be calm about soem unfortunate things which happen to them as there is no way that those things can be reversed, so there is no use crying over the spilt milk.

Some other natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John's Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There's also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!

This is very true. I text message girls saying whats with the delay. Girls that I have never met, but I feel so close and attracted to. When my Internet went out for a week I did not know how to keep busy. When I was delayed one more day because I missed the Technician by two minuets because I was talking on my cellphone, I flipped out on the Internet company.

This whole article describes everything that I've been involved with for the past 3 5 years. It wasn't until I got my first job and a cellphone, when I started feeling this way. No longer did I play on the basketball court, no longer did I knock on my friends door to see if they could come out to play. I would used modern technology to connect with everybody. Spending time on chatlines meeting women, that I did not know anything about.

Even the past six months, I've been using the Internet to search for jobs and make friends.

Thank you for opening my eyes. I will make a change from here on.
