Over in the Diamond Thread (on XDA Website) posted here in post 286 (with the help of mrhawaii and smotrs) we got the slide to answer with the curtain found on the touch hd dialer working for diamond and touch pro devices.

we built two versions one white and one black

Version 4 Now up. (Version 5 Removed due to issues with V5 White, and V5 Black is now V4 Black since it still works like it should)

Change Log V3 to V4:
1. Went from 355 registries to 62 on GSM Version
2. UPDATE JAN 17, 2009-CDMA Version HAS BEEN RIPPED FROM THE LEAKED NEW SPRINT DIAMOND ROM AND DOES HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE THE ##CODES WITH THIS VERSION
3. Added back the transparent Curtain on white version.
4. Added back the black version(only issue is in landscape mode around end button it is white and not black like the rest).

Change Log V2 to V3:
Removed registries not needed from both black and white versions - thanks to mrhawaii and smotrs
White version put default curtain back in and left transparent curtain in black version.

Change Log V1 to V2:
Black Version - Removed duplicate files that was not needed and added transpaerent Curtain.
White Version - Found a corupt file and replaced it with a non corupt file to work again.

Is their a way to change the font in the dialer for the black version so that it does not need to be highlighted to be read since the font is now black on black?

EDIT: Doesn't do that anymore. I did notice that on the battery meter only goes up to 20% on NAFT's ROM v3.2. He uses FInixNOver Battery Meter for the so that the Percentage can be seen in the task bar and the scale got change to go from 0% to 20% instead of 0% to 100%. The system meter is fine
EDIT2: Found a fix. I edited the registry value for HKLM\Sercurity\ResOver\Bitmaps\BateryIconLevels (Changed it to 101 from 21)

Since the value was 21 and that lead to a maximum of 20%, I put in 101 and it seems to work. I have not seen a full charge to double check this though.

I plugged in 100 and if anything goes cuckoo, I'll post.

haven't tried it yet cause my son is going nuts but here's a cab that should change the 21 to 100 in BateryIconLevels.
