Default Remove camera delay (no blurry photos)

I've already mentioned how to get rid of the yellow photos and Advanced Config will get rid of the delay in capturing (the time from pressing the camera button until it is taken) but that doesn't get rid of the blur we often get.
I just tried it and I haven't played with it enough to confirm this fixes the problem (it seems like it reduces the problem but doesn't eliminate it) but try this:
HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera/Captparam/
and set
CaptureTimer = 0 (old=5000)

tell me if you see a difference

Two more things to do - go into the camera advanced settings (in the camera itself) and turn off the click sounds and set the review time to no limit. With those two and the change above I think I have a working camera here...

Anyone try this? I posted it in a few places on XDA to test it out and everyone seems to think it works...I think it does in taking a few more shots.

They work fine on my Tilt, I've used the setting for quite sometime now and have not noticed any issues but I don't use my camera very much (maybe two or three times a week for documenting inspection but it's only two or three pictures at a time)

dont know how or when, but I already had that set... maybe advanced config or diamond tweak...

I still get some blurry ones when i'm trying to take a quick pic, but generally its good-to-go...

Default touch and press?

I have had my Fuze camera set to T & P for some time and when I put my finger over the dpad (without pressure), it doesn't focus. I have to press the dpad at which point it focuses and shoots the pic.

Also, when you say "click sounds," do you mean the shutter sound effect?

Thoughts?

yes- click sound is the shutter sound...just disable it. Regarding the T&P selection- I guess just try changing it and then going back. As soon as I set it on mine it's active that way though

i just enabled a FPS screen on my camera by registry tweak and it shows something disturbing...under 4 fps. That's got to be why there's a blur - even if the photo speed is fast that's a miserable rate

Default Touch and Press

It worked! Now when I touch it focuses, then press to shoot.

Thanks.

it's a lot better setting than the other ones...it doesn't eliminate blurred photos but it does make the time from pressing to taking non-existant
