even though i have only helped out for about a day or two on this project i have learned the following about tp2 manila:

the coding is unbelieveable to understand

i have the most respect for all that has or is working on this project due to the coding involved with this.

there is more to do and we can only do so much cause we also have families and jobs to do as well.



so in short be patient it takes a lot out of us


as far as contacts issue:

for a temp fix use the hd contacts only.cab

again it is a temp fix cause the new contact card will not work with this cab but it does get your contacts working till a permanent fix can be made.


for a temp fix on weather not updating:

turn tf3d off and go to file explorer, my device, application data, htc, databases and delete forecast_cache.db

then go and turn tf3d back

then go to weather tab and update now

this will give you back the weather again till the next time you hard reset the device.

I tried googling and searching xda but I cannot find it :(

Also I am gonna try nrg's yota dialer replacement, so that I dont need the contact cards :P

It still wont let me change contact images on the favorite tab :(

if you want the black header (instead of gray like mine is in the pics) just take the attached .tsk file and set it as your theme and the top bar will be black and match.
